Price increase, effective 12/01/2022

Dear Valued Clients,

I'm writing to inform you of a $10 increase to the cost of all our base services, which will take effect beginning on December 1, 2022. This modest adjustment­­ — our first since 2010 – equates to an additional $10 per session for Lesson Packages, and for Tunnel Rentals per hour.

Existing customers with already scheduled appointments and/or lesson packages will be able to complete those at the current rates.

Excluding Winter Team Rentals, all appointments added, after the above date, that are scheduled for a start date on or after December 1, 2022, will be subject to the price increase.

By restricting the amount of the increase­­ — and by *continuing to provide excellent service* — ­­we seek to keep Bases Loaded affordable. Even after the scheduled adjustment, we are competitively priced in comparison to the competition.

The circumstances prompting this change are compelling. Simply put, our rent has been increased for the space. In order to provide the services, that you, our loyal clients, rely on, and so that we may continue to evolve and excel, we must take meaningful steps to grow our revenue, or be forced to close.

By coming together at this critical juncture, our community of Players, Parents, Coaches, Teams, and Organizations, will continue to pursue the knowledge, skill, and performance required for success in the sports of Baseball and Softball­­ — we value all of you, and we thank you for your support throughout the years.
