He will also help them understand the importance of game preparation, proper nutrition and rest.

Coach Will Boggs will provide an in-depth look at the fundamentals of hitting, including the proper grip, stance, and technique.

He will also discuss the strategies for making the most of each hit, such as knowing the count and understanding the appropriate approach for each situation.
